We are T minus three weeks. Unbelievable. What started as a brief “aha” moment while reading about local currencies has now, almost, become a reality. We are busy beta-testing the website, making sure all the links and operations work; we are promoting our launch, collecting raffle prizes, talking to local businesses and non-profits about their role in Timebank Media. We are meeting weekly now, with our primary focus to provide a wonderful experience at the launch on 5/24 and then provide an even more exceptional experience as people join the Timebank and begin trading, meeting neighbors, and sharing skills and resources. I can’t wait to begin.
